Refunds & Exchanges
Birkbecks Jewellers does not refund for change of mind items.
An item may be exchanged, or a credit issued, within a 14 day period, providing the item is returned in the same/new condition as purchased.
If any resize or other adjustments are made to that item at the time of purchase, exchange would be at the discretion of Birkbecks.
Faulty goods are eligible for a full refund.
For all online purchases from Birkbecks Jewellers it is essential that you, the customer, provide clear, complete and accurate details.
All prices quoted on our website are GST inclusive and shipping , generally, will be by Registered Australia Post. We will provide you a tracking number once shipped.
Birkbecks Jewellers is happy to receive payment by direct deposit into it’s trading bank account and we would furnish those details when needed.
We also accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. You may also pay via PayPal. We will not store your credit card details.
Birkbecks Jewellers offers a refund of the purchase price if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product. To qualify for a refund, goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were in when they left Birkbecks.
